Lattice provides software to real estate brokerages, property managers and owners ("customers"). This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. It covers latticecre.com, the Lattice app, and the text messages Lattice sends and receives for its customers.
Who is responsible for your information
If you texted a company that uses Lattice, that company decides how your conversation is used, and Lattice handles it on the company's behalf. Questions about a specific company's use of your information should go to that company. For information you give us directly, such as a demo or access request on this website or a Lattice account, Lattice is responsible.
What we collect
- Text conversations. Your phone number, the messages you send to and receive from a company that uses Lattice, and details you share in them, such as your name, the listing you asked about and tour times.
- Customer accounts. Names, work email addresses, company details and the listings, settings and messages customers add to Lattice.
- Website requests. What you enter in our forms, such as your name, work email, company, role and portfolio size.
- Technical information. Basic logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) used to run, secure and fix the service.
How we use it
- To answer renters for our customers, book tours and pass conversations to their teams.
- To run, secure, support and improve Lattice.
- To reply to demo and access requests.
- To meet legal obligations, including fair housing and messaging rules.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information with the customer you were in contact with, and with service providers that help us run Lattice (for example hosting, databases, email and text message delivery, and language model processing) under contracts that limit their use of it to providing those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people and of Lattice.
Text messages
You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from a company's Lattice number, and HELP for help. After you reply STOP, that number won't text you again unless you text it START. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation and account information for as long as the customer uses Lattice and as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Website requests are kept while we're in touch with you about them.
Security
Customer data is separated by company, access to the app requires two-factor authentication, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information we handle.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@latticecre.com. If your request concerns a conversation with one of our customers, we may refer it to that customer.

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
