These terms cover your use of latticecre.com and the Lattice app. Companies that use Lattice also sign a separate agreement with us, and that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
Using Lattice
Lattice is software for real estate companies. You agree to use it lawfully, to keep your sign-in details and second factor secure, and not to misuse the service, interfere with it or try to reach data that isn't yours. Customers are responsible for the listings and information they add, and for having the right to text the people they text.
Fair housing
Lattice is built to describe apartments, not the people who live in them, and checks its replies and customers' listing descriptions against fair housing rules. Customers remain responsible for complying with fair housing and other laws in their own advertising and leasing.
Text message terms
When you text a company that uses Lattice, you get replies from that company's number about the apartments you asked about, such as availability, listing details and tour times. Lattice texts only in reply to you and about your inquiry; it does not send marketing texts.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@latticecre.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile numbers and opt-in information are not shared with third parties for marketing. See our privacy policy.
Replies come from the company's intelligent assistant, and a person on the company's team can step in at any time. Confirm important details, such as rent, fees and lease terms, with the company before you rely on them.
Private beta
Features marked beta or private beta are previews. They may change, may not always be available, and are provided as is.
Disclaimers and liability
Except as stated in a customer's agreement with us, Lattice is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, Lattice is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use Lattice after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
